The quick sealing foam insulation kit, spraying and filling. developed and produced by our company are mainly applied to the sealing of coal mine roadway and the plugging / thermal insulation and waterproof of permanent closed wall, and can also be used for heat insulation blocking and cavity filling in other industries. It is a new type of high-tech product, which is light, fast, safe and efficient.

The product is composed of two components, which are respectively placed in two pressure tanks. When the spray gun is opened, the two components are driven by the pressure in their respective containers, and then mixed and reacted in proportion and then ejected. In the environment of 15-25 degree, rigid close cell foam solidify is formed within 2-4 minutes, and when it adheres to the surface of the object, it plays a closed role. The density of the cured product is 28-32kg / m3, which has flame retardant property.

Installation Instructions

(1. Open the packing box, take out all parts and spare parts, shake the sealed box fully, and mix the materials in the container.
 

(2. The user should wear gloves and eyeglasses to ensure protection, screw off the black plastic cap on the valves of a and B containers, and connect the pipes on the spray gun to the valve joints of containers a and B respectively and lock them tightly.
 

(3.Take out the two groups of containers and fully open the valves of a and B vessels. The user carries a handle on the closed box body, a hand-held spray gun, a gun mouth is 45-60 centimeters away from the object, and the trigger is sprayed for spraying. According to the foam solidified material, the flow rate of the AB nozzle valve is adjusted, the powder is turned yellow and the color of the curing material is adjusted, and the flow rate of the A group (red tank) is controlled to reduce.
 

(4.Spray a thin layer of foam on the target and continue to cover the spray until it is completely sealed.
 

(5.During the spraying process, there should be several intermittent momentary pauses, about 1 second each time, to ensure that a and B components are mixed evenly. If interval spraying is required in the spraying process, the interval time shall not exceed 20-30 seconds. If the interval exceeds 20-30 seconds, replace the nozzle (hold the gun handle with one hand, pull the white bolt backward with the other hand, take out the nozzle upward, align the two eyes behind the new nozzle with the two metal pillars on the gun body, and then push the white bolt forward to hear the click sound). The spray gun and nozzle must be kept clean to avoid dust, oil, water, etc.
 

(6. The spraying technology of users is the key to determine the amount and effect of quick sealing, and the spraying effect is the best at 15-25 ºC. When the temperature of spraying target is below 10 ºC, its expansion and quality will be affected. If it is an irregular surface or wavy groove, the amount will be 25% more than the flat surface. The operator with good technology can control the loss within 10%. The spraying area of quick sealing is about 10 square meters and the thickness is 3-4 cm.
 

(7. After the quick airtight use, the residues in the containers a and B should be discharged and discarded, and should not be used for other purposes.
