Polyether polyol (referred to as polyether) is produced by polymerization of starting agent (compounds containing active hydrogen groups) with ethylene oxide (EO), propylene oxide (PO), butylene oxide (BO), etc. in the presence of catalyst.
Polyether production is the largest to glycerol (glycerol) as a starting agent and epoxide (generally PO and EO and use), by changing the way of adding PO and EO (mixed or separate addition), the addition ratio, the order of addition and other conditions, the production of a variety of general-purpose polyether polyol. Polyether (polyether polyol) is an important derivative of propylene oxide and one of the main raw materials for synthesizing polyurethane.
YC series polyether for rigid foam is transparent viscous liquid, stable in nature, slightly special odor, non-toxic, non-corrosive, soluble in water, soluble in amine, monofluorotrichloromethane, and most of the organic substances. Polyether is non-flammable and explosive.
