| 1, spraying operations must be good protective measures, wearing a gas mask, gloves and protective clothing to prevent atomised particles from being inhaled into the body or floating to the surface of clothing. 2,If you accidentally drop a large amount of liquid polyurea on your skin, you can immediately use a rag to stick a small amount of thinner to wipe it off, do not use thinner if you have wounds on your skin, and a small amount of polyurea residue can wait for the polyurea to cure into a film, and it will fall off by itself within a week. 3,Please make sure that the gas supply meets the requirements of the product, below the requirements will affect the spraying effect or the machine can not start and other problems. 4,It is recommended to close the doors and windows for spraying in a dry indoor environment to prevent the outdoor wind from blowing the spray gun aerosol to affect the atomised surface. 5,This product has high requirements on air source, if the power of air compressor is not enough, try to stop other operations that need air source when spraying and use the air source that meets the requirements. 6,Check whether the two pusher cakes are parallel or deformed before use, if there is such a phenomenon, prohibit the use of the product, and promptly contact the company's after-sales service, free replacement under warranty. 7,Please check whether the bottom of the material bottle fits the protruding edge of the material board before the spraying work starts, please place it correctly according to the operation instructions, otherwise it will lead to leakage of material. 8,Please open the atomisation switch before pushing the start switch, do not start the machine flat, it should be started vertically, spray the material out of the atomisation for 1-2 seconds and then spray on the processed products, there will be a plopping sound when the spraying is about to be finished, when you hear the sound, you should move away from the machine immediately, do not continue to spray on the products. 9, it is recommended that the temperature of the working environment and the temperature of the material above 25 ºC, spraying efficiency is higher, the atomisation effect is better, the temperature is too low will affect the spraying effect, or even lead to the material can not be sprayed. 10, winter or year-round low-temperature areas before spraying, please soak the material with 60 ºC to 70 ºC hot water for about 10 minutes before spraying. It is forbidden to use 100ºC hot water to soak or directly heat the outer bottle of the material at high temperature. 11, if the material is placed for too long, the material B component will produce precipitation, which is the colour paste deposition, use the material placed upside down for 1 to 2 hours in advance, and then heat according to the temperature requirements of Article 10, shake evenly, without affecting the use of the effect. 11, spraying work, please do not touch the material with your hands, do not use your hands to support the material shelf or the bottom of the material, should be in accordance with the instructions specification operation. 12, such as the use of the bottom of the material leakage phenomenon, you should immediately stop spraying, and unload the material, clean up the residual polyurea on the machine, check whether it has been correctly operated in accordance with the operating instructions. 13, spraying work, please do not stop or close the start switch (start switch pushed to the middle will pause, push forward will return to the push rod), a group of materials should be sprayed at once! |
